The administrative team at Libertas now had a full dashboard showing exactly what was happening across their entire agent network, in real time.

The Technical Build
We built the platform on PHP and MySQL, with SSL encryption protecting every transaction. The agent portal was mobile-optimised because we knew many agents would access it from phones in the field.
Each the travel product had its own workflow with automated certificate generation. Payments were tracked from start to finish.
The system was designed to be bulletproof but simple enough that agents with basic computer skills could use it confidently.
The Results: 100% Fraud Elimination, 500% Growth
The numbers speak clearly.
Fraud on travel insurance dropped to zero. Not reduced. Eliminated. Every policy now had a digital trail that couldn't be faked or manipulated.
Across all products, fraud dropped dramatically because the system made it impossible to issue a policy without leaving a record.

Today, 100% of Libertas travel insurance policies are processed through the platform we built.
