User Data Deletion

You can ask Freelance Web Solutions to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how. It applies to information you gave us through our website, including our contact forms and job applications. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us the name and email address you used with us, and what you want deleted (for example "my job application and CV", or "everything you hold about me").
3. We may reply to confirm the request came from you before we delete anything.
4. We will delete the data and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Job applications: your application details, uploaded CV file and any AI screening summary and score.
• Enquiries: messages you sent through our contact forms and our records of the conversation.

We may keep limited information where the law requires it, or where we need it to handle a dispute. Job applications are also deleted automatically 12 months after you apply.

Facebook and this app

Visitors do not log in to our website with Facebook, and we do not collect visitor data from Facebook. Facebook login is used only by our own administrators to connect the Freelance Web Solutions Facebook Page. If you have interacted with our Page on Facebook, that data is held by Facebook and you manage it through your Facebook settings.

To remove our app from your Facebook account, go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, select the app and choose Remove.
